THE BABY BIO GARDEN – PROTECTING TOMORROW TODAY
Whether you’re an expert gardener or a complete beginner, forget the credit crunch and
be inspired - create a fun, eco-friendly garden that will provide a healthy environment.
Created by David Domoney, the garden re-uses everyday products to create fun,
attention-grabbing planting ideas incorporating Baby Bio Britain’s favourite house plant
food to feed and nurture the plants.
Environmentally-friendly techniques and recycled items are at the heart of the garden.
These include fencing made from recycled polystyrene, decking from recycled plastic milk
bottles, compost from recycled garden waste collections, paving from recycled and reclaimed
aggregate, eco rubber and eve washing machine water features.
"This is a fun garden with a serious message," explained David Domoney. "The garden has three
'rooms', each one representing an area of our carbon footprint; our home, how we travel and
what we wear.
A flourishing garden is the perfect environment for a healthy lifestyle. The plants clean the
atmosphere today, getting rid of carbon and unwanted ions, while the eco-approach looks after tomorrow.
The partnership of David Domoney and Bayer Garden achieved success at BBC Gardeners’ World Live in 2008,
winning a Gold medal for Bayer Garden – Situs Hortus, a drought garden comprising some of the world’s
toughest plants from hostile desert regions.
