Prize Draw rules
- Participation to the promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 in the UK, with the exception of employees and their families of Bayer CropScience Limited, or anyone else connected with the promotion.
- Participants will be automatically entered into the draw when they complete their personal details on line at www.bayergarden.co.uk/register or successfully apply for cashback at www.bayergarden.co.uk/cashback
- Only one entry per person via registration route, and only one entry per person, per product via cashback route (please see separate terms and conditions for Cashback).
- Draws will be made at random under independent supervision from all valid entries within 7 days of each closing date.
- Monthly draws from all previous month’s valid entries.
- 6 monthly draws from all the previous 6 month’s valid entries.
- Entries received after midnight will be entered into the next month’s draw
- Closing date for monthly draw entries is midnight on the first day of the month until 01.05.09: Closing dates for the 6 monthly draws: 01.05.08, 01.11.08 and 01.05.09.
- Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the applicable draw.
- Prizes:
- Monthly Prizes: Product Hamper
- 6 month draw prizes: 01/05/08 Weber BBQ, 01/11/08 Aluminium six piece patio set, 01/05/09 Alexander Rosewood table and six woven black chairs.
- There is no cash alternative to the prizes.
- Please allow 28 days for dispatch of prize.
- The winner agrees to take part in any publicity associated with the free prize draw.

- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
