'Win a Shedload' Promotion Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Eire, who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Bayer Garden, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

To enter the competition, entrants must enter their Unique Reference Number, name and address at www.bayergarden.co.uk/shedload. This will constitute entry into the Prize Draw, to be made following the competition entry deadline on 31 May 2011.

Multiple entries from individuals will be permitted, provided they are accompanied by different URN’s and proofs of purchase.

No purchase necessary for residents of Northern Ireland. Please send an SAE to the FREEPOST address below, to enter.

Enter by midnight on 31 May 2011.

Winners will be determined following a Prize Draw, to be made following the entry deadline. 1 winner will receive a 6 x 4 Keter-branded Saturn shed, plus £4,000 worth of gardening implements 100 winners will receive 1 of 100 individual garden games, worth a combined total value of £500. Winners must send proof of purchase together with the neck collar with URN to the FREEPOST address below. Winners from Northern Ireland need not send proof of purchase. There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Winners will be notified by email within 20 working days of draw date. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within four further weeks the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
