Powdery mildew

White, powdery fungal growth on the upper leaf surface, sometimes over the entire plant. The affected leaves can become distorted and collapse.  Currently no chemical control for Powdery Mildew on strawberries.  A common problem of glasshouse grown plants where levels of air humidity and ventilation can be an issue.  Avoid overhead watering.  Watering at the roots only.

Cultural controls: Improve air circulation/ventiliation where possible, avoid overhead watering.  Remove badly affected plants to reduce spread of disease.

There is currently no registered chemical for the control of this problem on strawberries.
