Magnesium deficiency

Typically causes green veins and yellowing between veins on leaves. Usually affects older, lower leaves first. Can be a problem on highly acidic soils and in times of heavy watering or high rainfall. The use of high potash fertilizers can cause magnesium deficiencies in plants too. Feed established plants with a balanced plant food such as Phostrogen All Purpose Plant Food. Weekly foliar feeding can also help prevent/correct the problem.
