Fusarium patch (snow mould)
Fusarium Patch is one of the most common fungal disease on british lawns. Most prevalent in autumn/spring after long-lying snow has melted. Small yellow/brown patches of grass later spreading to approx 30cm/1 ft across. Patches may merge to form extensive brown areas where the grass is killed. In moist weather the edges of the diseased grass may be covered with white or pale pink fluffy mould.
